Why Yoga-Infused Therapy?

Trauma is stored in the body and can most effectively be processed through whole body movement. Yoga-Infused Therapy is a specific type of approach to therapy designed for those who desire treatment for Trauma. Within these sessions, participants will combine elements of yoga and mindfulness within the therapeutic space to promote whole healthy healing.
Ashley is a Registered Yoga Instructor dedicated to supporting women and girls heal through trauma by movement of their bodies.
