Aligned Wholistic Therapy Intensives
Individual sessions sound good, but sometimes a quick 55-minute session just isn’t enough to unpack everything you’re carrying. That’s where Therapy Intensives come in. Think of them as a quicker way to get better. These longer, deeper sessions give us the time and space to dig into the root of your challenges and help you break through what’s been holding you back. Say it with me, an intentional, uninterrupted time to focus on you!

During our time together, we’ll integrate powerful modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Play Therapy, Somatic work, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation to help you release what no longer serves you. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned. Your experience will be fully personalized, incorporating tools like guided meditation, journaling prompts, and even sound healing—if that resonates with you.

Wellness Group: Bloom Into Wellness
When was the last time you poured into yourself—like, really took the time to check in, breathe, and nurture you? If life has been feeling like a never-ending to-do list and self-care keeps getting pushed to the side, this group is for you.
Bloom Into Wellness is a space designed just for Black women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and start prioritizing their well-being—without guilt. Over four weeks, we’ll focus on mindfulness, movement, breathwork, and deep self-reflection to help you release stress, break free from limiting beliefs, and step into a life that feels more integrated and aligned.
