Hey! It's Ashley. Let’s get you aligned and thriving so that you and/or your loved one(s) can live a purposeful and fulfilled life!
Wholistic Alignment Therapeutic Wellness Center was established with you in mind.
As a passionate advocate for child and adolescent mental health, women’s empowerment, wholistic wellness, and expansion on all levels, I’m committed to guiding you on a transformative journey toward healthy living where your mind, body, and spirit align for lasting success.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S), Registered Play Therapist™ (RPT™), EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, Nationally Certified School Social Worker™, Licensed Wholistic Therapist, and Certified Clinical Coach with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in empowering Black women, young adults, youth, and families to embrace whole-person care while navigating life’s challenges.
My approach is simple, yet deeply impactful:
Regulate your nervous system.
Reconnect with yourself.
Realign with the life you actually want.
I believe true wellness goes beyond just physical health. It’s about nurturing every part of your being: physical, intellectual, occupational, financial, social, emotional, environmental, and spiritual. Through a comprehensive, integrative, wholistic approach, I help you honor your whole self while learning how to understand what you’re carrying, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and alignment.
My mission is to support the whole person by tailoring my services to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, stress from school or work, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, major life transitions, or the desire to elevate your overall well-being, I’m here to support you.
Together, we’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation. This work is about helping you regulate your body, reconnect with who you are, and create a life that truly lights you up from the inside out.

Social Work Supervisee
Kenchelle Wells, MSW
Meet Kenchelle Kenchelle is a compassionate Supervisee in Social Work who enjoys supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, major life changes, and challenging seasons of life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling to adjust to something new, having difficulty managing your emotions, or simply trying to figure out what comes next, Kenchelle provides a supportive space where you can slow down, process what is happening, and begin moving forward. She has experience working with at-risk youth, individuals navigating substance use and recovery, and clients facing a variety of personal, emotional, and environmental challenges. These experiences have strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are with empathy, curiosity, and without judgment. For teens, Kenchelle provides a space where they can talk openly about school, relationships, family stress, anxiety, identity, peer pressure, and the many changes that come with growing up. She also works with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, unexpected changes, or periods when life simply feels like too much. Kenchelle earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University and brings a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based perspective to her work. She values creating genuine connections with her clients and helping them recognize their strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges. Kenchelle believes that you do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes you just need a safe place to begin unpacking what you have been carrying. She looks forward to partnering with you or your teen as you work toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.
