Wholistic Reset Experiences
Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect. These calming mind-body sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and a short sound bath using crystal singing bowls.
Participants will be invited to release tension, settle their nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to themselves.
