What if your anxiety was trying to help you?
What if the overwhelm, perfectionism, or shut-down mode you’re in… isn’t dysfunction, but a part of you working hard to keep you safe?
You don’t have to push through anymore.Let’s slow down, listen in, and find relief from the inside out.
What is IFS?
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is a gentle, body-based therapy that helps you reconnect with the different parts of you — especially the ones holding anxiety, trauma, or emotional exhaustion.
We all have parts.
The perfectionist. The inner critic. The overthinker. The part that checks out. The part that wants to be held.

IFS helps you understand your internal world — and meet each part with compassion instead of judgment.

In IFS, we work with:
-
Managers – the ones that try to keep it all together
-
Firefighters – the ones that jump in to soothe or numb
-
Exiles – the younger parts holding pain, fear, or shame
-
Self – the calm, clear, grounded core of who you are

IFS isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving every part of you a chance to breathe.
What to Expect in an IFS Session?
Inside IFS sessions, you’ll learn to:
- Talk to the parts of you that feel tired, anxious, or stuck
- Understand how they’ve been protecting you — even when it looks like burnout or anxiety
- Reconnect with your Self — the grounded, loving center of who you are
- Unburden old wounds held in the mind and the body
Each session is spacious, somatic, and trauma-informed.
We move at your pace — honoring your story, your body, and your full experience.
How I Blend IFS with Somatic & Holistic Practices
IFS is powerful — and in my practice, I take it a step further by integrating holistic healing tools that support full nervous system restoration.
My sessions may include:
- EMDR – to help parts safely release past trauma
- Yoga + Movement – to access wisdom beyond words
- Breathwork – to calm anxious parts and restore regulation
- Sound Healing + Energy Work – to reset your system gently and nonverbally
IFS is the foundation. Your body is the guide.
Together, we create space for every part of you to exhale.
IFS might be for you if...
You’re tired of always being the strong one
You feel anxious even when life looks “fine”
You push through but still feel stuck
You’ve tried talk therapy and want to go deeper
You feel disconnected from your body or emotions
You want to feel rested, not just “functional”
You’re open to trying something new — for you
You’re ready to meet your inner parts with compassion
