Keeping families together, one step at a time
At Wholistic Alignment Therapeutic Wellness Center, we believe children are more likely to thrive when the people who care for them, and the environments they live in are supported and well. Our family services provide a safe, supportive space for families to talk openly about what has been most challenging, better understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and practice new skills in real time. Together, we help families strengthen communication, navigate difficult emotions and behaviors, and create healthier patterns that support the well-being of the whole family.

Traditional Family Therapy
Family Therapy provides ongoing clinical support for children, teens, parents, caregivers, and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or relationship challenges.

Sessions are designed to help family members better understand one another, interrupt unhealthy patterns, and develop practical strategies that can be used at home, at school, and within the community.

Family Intensives
Family Therapy Intensives provide extended, focused, and accelerated clinical support for families who need more time than a traditional weekly session allows.
Instead of beginning an important conversation and having to stop after 50 minutes, an intensive gives your family dedicated space to explore patterns, practice new skills, work through a specific concern, and create a practical plan for what happens next.

Intensives may be especially helpful when your family feels stuck in the same cycle, is navigating a major transition, or needs concentrated support around a specific issue.

Reset
Sessions
Wholistic Family Reset Sessions are non-therapy wellness experiences designed to help families pause, reconnect, and practice calming the mind and body together.
These sessions are ideal for families who may not need clinical treatment but want intentional time to reduce stress, strengthen connection, and develop healthier wellness practices as a family.
Depending on your family’s needs and comfort level, your experience may include gentle movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, guided reflection, journaling, creative activities, or sound meditation.
